The perfect addition to any meditation room. The Mindfulness Package includes a 5×7 print of Vishnu that can be placed on your altar, or framed and hung in your sacred space.

Vishnu is the almighty protector, and he supports your meditation practice by keeping you safe as you journey to the ethers and beyond. To further your support, you will receive a bracelet mala to keep count of your mantra repetitions, and a necklace with a quartz pendant – a magnification stone that will allow you to deepen your meditation. When practicing mindfulness, we recommend the following mantra, said 108 times: om namah shivaya.
